Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At BillAudit AI, we stand behind the quality of our analysis. If our AI fails to process your bill correctly due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a full refund or a credit for a new analysis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided if:

• The AI processed the bill correctly but found no errors (this happens with about 20% of bills)
• You decided you no longer want the report after it has been generated
• The dispute was unsuccessful despite the errors found

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email thankyou.billauditai@gmail.com with your invoice ID and a brief description of the issue. We review all requests within 2-3 business days.

4. Action Kit

Due to the digital nature of the Action Kit (dispute letters and scripts), these purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Combo Offer

Settlement Bundle / Combo Offer purchases are deeply discounted and contain immediate access to the full report and the Action Kit. As such, they are strictly non-refundable.
